New Office Premises at BTP Westlink Green, Darra


Rudd Mantell Accountants is pleased to confirm that from 1 July 2023, we have moved our physical office from Toowong to the Westlink Green Business and Technology Precinct located in Darra QLD. This is an important milestone in the evolution of our business and a notable change for clients and staff alike.


Our new premises has greater parking facilities for clients and allows for easier access to the office. The family friendly environment gives clients the ability to bring children along to our Kids Breakout Room when other arrangements cannot be found.


Despite the move, our phone and email addresses have remained the same. Where our Toowong office was the Registered Office Address of a company, the address will need to change. We will forward you documentation to sign in July relating to the change of Registered Office Address.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Change of Address


1.  We posted mail to your old PO Box or street address in Toowong in error, will this still reach you?


Yes, our Toowong PO Box will remain open for some time yet.  We will have a redirection of mail to our new PO Box in Darra.


2.  Will you have a new phone number?

 

No, our phone number will remain 07 3371 7855.


3.  Will your email addresses change?


No, there will be no change to our email addresses.

 

4.  Is there parking available?


Yes, our new office provides reserved parking and general visitor parking for our clients.  Street parking is also available on Station Ave.

 

5.  Is there a train station nearby?


Yes, Darra Train Station. It is next door to BTP Westlink Green, a 3-minute walk and on the same train line as the Toowong Train Station (Ipswich/Rosewood & Springfield Central lines).

 

6.  Are the new premises accessible?


Yes, the building is accessible with ramp access and disability parking. The building also has a lift.


7.  My company’s Registered Office Address is your Toowong office. Will this be updated?


Yes, we will send out an ASIC Form 484 to update your company’s Registered Office Address to the new premises in Darra. Only a Director of the relevant company can sign this. This will occur during July.


8.  If the Toowong office or PO Box is used in my Tax Return or Activity Statement, do I need to update it or the Tax Office?


No, we will update the Tax Office with our new details that may be recorded on your Tax Return or Activity Statement. This will be done in bulk where possible, or as the documents are prepared.
